gcc and openstep 4.2

I use OpenStep 4.2 for Windows. The compiler is gcc 2.7.2.1. The last
version of the GNU gcc compiler is 2.95.2. My question is : is-it possible
to use gcc 2.95.2 with openstep 4.2 ?
