OK, how about making -trigraph -Wtrigraph the default.  That is, by
default recognize but warn about trigraphs.  I suspect even RMS would be
happy with that: we know what trigraphs are but "disapprove".  -ansi or
-pedantic could turn off -Wtrigraph.
