Checking on an AIX 4.1.5 system, AIX info lists both "!." and
"!.." special import filenames -- the latter the one we need. Maybe this
was added in AIX 4.1.5.
"!." imports from the main executable.
"!.." imports using the run-time linker.
However, some of the run-time linking information is stated as only being
relevant to AIX 4.2.
I cannot tell if some or all of the functionality was added into
AIX 4.1.5. I do not speak for or officially represent IBM, but the
functionality already exists in AIX 4.2 and AIX 4.3, so there is little
reason to back-port it to AIX 4.1
