OK.  Next question is do we want to fix the oodles and gobs of other
fortran@gnu.ai.mit.edu references?  There's a dozen or so.  Some would
probably be better with egcs, others egcs-bugs.  Maybe others still
fortran@gnu.org.

I think we're in basic agreement -- most of the g77 specific install
docs shouldn't apply to egcs installs.

For the few things which are still Fortran specific, and useful, how
often do people use them?  Is the class of users that would use those
options already familiar with g77 installs and docs?
