Intel BID library is in mainline

Linux/ia32, Linux/x86-64 and Linux/ia64 look good. I merged trunck
with libbid branch. The merge revision is 126353. Let me know if
anyone runs into any merged related problems.

BTW, libbid is a standalone library and I have put its Changelog in
libgcc/config/libbid.  I will be glad to be the libbid [co-]maintainer.
