No, I'll leave that to whoever completes the new unified documentation.

However, once I know if the "make dist" bits can go, I'll produce a patch
to nuke gcc/INSTALL and gcc/f/INSTALL (which doesn't seem to have suffered
the same problems as gcc/INSTALL of being updated out of sync with its
sources, fortunately) and gcc/install1.texi and gcc/f/install0.texi (which
exist only to generate the INSTALL files) and the Makefile rules to
generate them and all other references to them in the Makefiles (mainly in
the dist rules, which is why I'd like to nuke the dist rules as well).
