This patch is wrong and causes DT_TEXTREL nscd.
The relocation mask should never be ignored, otherwise
static const char *const foo __attribute__((__used__, __section__ ("bar"))) =
"baz";
is incorrectly put into readonly section with -fpie or -fpic, eventhough it
must be writable.
