[Bug rtl-optimization/37363] New: [4.4 Regression] Fix for PR 36090 causes libstdc++ regressions

With 139755 no regressions.
With 139763 and since, I see the following regressions:

Maybe it's as simple as applying the same patch as for 36182.  Will try that.
