[Bug fortran/33817] the version of gdb included with gfortran-windows.exe does not work

Regarding GDB: You should either contact the packager, FX Coudert
(http://www.coudert.name/index.html.en) or write a bug report to the GDB
project . (Well, for GDB using their mailing list instead of reporting directly
a bug into their tracking system, is probably also the better idea as it might
turn out to be not a GDB problem.)

Asking at the fortran@gcc mailing list is also ok. (FX reads the email there as
well and someone else might have an idea. It is slightly besides the primary
scope of the fortran@ mailing list, but as the email volume is low, even more
off-topic emails get answered.)

GCC's Bugzilla, however, is only about bugs which are fixable in GCC - and GDB
is not included in the sources of GCC but a completely disjunct project.
