[Bug c++/11905] Infinite loop at static objects initialisation.

First 2.96 redhat's compiler is not supported.
Second order of initialization is compiler defined so that either way works depending on the 
compiler.
Third with 3.2.3, the mainline (20030811) and 3.3.1 (20030707), I get a seg fault instead of an 
infinite loop.
