[Bug c++/11648] G++ parse error for simple template code

This bug is a dup of bug 795 which is fixed for 3.4.  The workaround is to do:
struct A 
{ 
        template<class T>T *foo(); 
}; 
 
template<class T>void bar(A *a) 
{ 
        a->foo<T>(); 
} 

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 795 ***
