ross-compiler - Can't compile istream.tcc during build
Hi Dara,
I am sorry but I am not going to be able to try the build with GCC 3.3. We
are no longer working on the ia64. We have already returned the machines and
therefore I would not have a way to get hold of the ia64 include and lib
files. The original Solaris 2.6 system that I was using has been returned as
well. It is a pity.
I was really excited about the idea of finally contributing to the GCC
development effort but I guess I am going to have to wait for my next chance
to do so...
Regards,
Iran Rocha

Hello,
with gcc 3.1, 3.2.3, and 3.3 branch (20030528), I can't reproduce the error
you're getting (code
compiles fine with -O2). Would it be possible for you to check whether this
problem still occurs in
the current release of gcc (3.3)? Thanks,
Dara
