Weird. You're the first one to report such a problem. Do you have a generic Solaris 9 system or a system with in-house tweaks or upgrades?


Pretty generic, I think. Except that I'm not using SunWorkshop. :-)


Where would you normally expect gcc to find the prototype for ioctl()? I looked around a a bit and didn't see it anywhere else...
