All this information should be removed from install-old.texi. This may
then require adjusting some of the links (and explicit pointers to next /
child nodes in @node lines) elsewhere in the installation manual, which is
quite fragile, so it does need testing with all three output forms from
the install manual (make info, make dvi, install.texi2html).
