ICE building Linux 2.4.20 sched.c on x86

Hello,

we've just now had our third submission of this particular bug to bugzilla (10890 is the original, 11007 and 11053 are the duplicate). Given that a lot of people are going to use gcc 3.3 to compile their kernels, many of them on x86. I think it'd be great if somebody could analyze this, determine if this ice-on-legal or ice-on-illegal, and put a note in a prominent location to that effect. I suspect it will save a lot of future headache. Perhaps the priority on it should also be raised? Thanks,

Dara
