There never was any release of GNU autoconf labeled as 2.14.1.  This
must have been some broken CVS snapshot.  Please go back to 2.13,
which is what GCC uses, or run contrib/gcc --touch so that you don't
need autoheader.  In fact, you shouldn't have needed it in the first
place, unless timestamps were messed up, make got confused or the
release script is broken.
