The program:
template <template <typename T> typename U> struct A
{
};

Reports:
templateastemplateargument.cpp:1: parse error before `typename'

Under:
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-linux/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 20000220 (Debian GNU/Linux)

I didn't check the standard C++ syntax, but isn't "typename U" supposed to be allowed here, instead of "class U"?
