installing GCJ 3.3 and deploying executables constructed with it

I've tried to document some commonly encountered problems with GCJ 3.3 and point to
the official GCJ documentation wherever possible.

By the way, most of the practical information comes from this mailing list anyway. If
you feel, however, that some explanation is not correct or not fully correct or
incomplete, or if you have other feedback, feel free to tell me.
