The second prerelease fails on sh4-unknown-linux-gnu with
the same error as in the closed PR bootstrap/15120. It
seems that libstdc++-v3/configure is regenerated again with
the old libtool.m4 and the change

was reverted. I've reopened that PR for 3.3.
