Repeat Request for a New Target Macro for the Java Front-End

Hi,

    I am repeating the request for the inclusion of
a new target macro "MODIFY_JNI_METHOD_CALL" as described
in a message I posted earlier to this list:

This is crucial for implementing the Java Native
Interface (JNI) on Windows targets like Cygwin and MinGW
with GCJ (compiler).

At the time, Andrew Haley, the co-maintainer of the Java
front-end expressed his approval of the changes but
asked me to get approval for the generic part from
someone with the appropriate privileges:

I am therefore repeating the request for someone with the
appropriate privileges to please accept the request
for this new target macro.

If you have any reservations about this, please do tell
me about it.
