With current CVS on sparc-sun-solaris2.8:
49% g++ -Wall 1019.cc .....
/usr/include/time.h:258: warning: `char* asctime_r(const tm*, char*)' defined
but not used
/usr/include/time.h:264: warning: `char* ctime_r(const time_t*, char*)' defined
but not used

Those are static functions. Should we be warning about them?
