gcc.c-torture/compile/20020120-1.c fails with ICE on -O[23s] and gives segfault. It is known to fail on trunk revision 139231. Test is known successful on trunk revision 139194.

Seems to be fixed now in latest HEAD.

It compiles fine with both avr-gcc-4.3.3 and avr-gcc-4.4.0
