Unfortunately, it's not enough to fix the 109231 simd testcase,
testsuite/experimental/simd/pr109261_constexpr_simd.cc

I've filed https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=124657 after
spending far too much time trying to figure that out :-/
