[committed] libstdc++: Fix accidentally committed change to spelling of macro

This change to the macro was done intentionally to quickly test that the
changes in r16-8720-g209550a04e143e did not break the code in the #else
branch, but it was not supposed to be committed!
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* include/bits/print.h: Fix spelling of macro.
