The general idea behind here, is that instantiating tuples is expensive at
compile
time. It provides a lot of functionality that we do not needed here. For
example:
* apply is a simple function, versus many specializations of get.
* assignments are defaulted (no reference members)
* no allocator machinery
I think the only benefit is that the _Bind_front_t may now be trivally
copyable, if functor
and bound args are. std::tuple specializaiton is not required to be
trivially assignable,
as we need custom assigment operators, to support reference elements.
triviall copyability is for example checked by our variant implementation
(_Never_valueless_alt),
and this will now be true for some instance of bind_front.
