[PATCH] libstdc++, Darwin, ppc : Add new long double symbols.

Hi

We need to add the symbols for to_chars and from_chars for the
long double cases.

The testsuite test cases fail to build without this, so there’s no need
for an additional test.

Tested on powerpc-darwin9.
