[committed] libstdc++: Uncomment more parts of <chrono> synopsis test

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	* testsuite/std/time/syn_c++20.cc: Enable synopsis checks for
	C++20 calendar types.

Tested x86_64-linux. Committed to trunk.
