parallel/algo.h cleanup

Hi

     Trivial patch to cleanup parallel/algo.h by generalizing usage of 
std::__iterator_category.

     * include/parallel/algo.h: Generalize usage of 
std::__iterator_category.
     Adjust whitespaces.

     Tested under Linux x86_64 parallel mode.
