[PATCH] Remove 'return' from noreturn function

This just fixes a -Wsystem-headers warning, because this function is
[[noreturn]].

	* libsupc++/nested_exception.h (throw_with_nested): Remove return.

Tested powerpc64le-linux, committed to trunk.
