[PATCH] Fix up a libstdc++ testsuite regression

Hi!

I've noticed recent
UNRESOLVED: libstdc++-prettyprinters/whatis.cc compilation failed to produce executable
regression and I bet it is caused by the <algorithm> changes where it no
longer includes <random>.  Tested on x86_64-linux, ok for trunk?
