[PATCH 1/2] Adjust testcase for C++14 compatibility

These patches fix some failures seen when running tests with different
-std options.

    Adjust testcase for C++14 compatibility
    
    	* testsuite/24_iterators/headers/iterator/range_access.cc: Adjust
    	expected signatures for C++14 compatibility.

Tested powerpc64le-linux, committed to trunk.
