Why doesn't <ctgmath> include <ccomplex>?

Probably not (I don't know), but if you change it, please include 
<complex> instead of the nonsensical (and equivalent) <ccomplex>. I hope 
we can deprecate that one at some point, I would even be in favor of 
adding a #warning to it asking why on earth the user decided to include 
it.
