std::list::erase

Hi,

C++11 says that std::list::erase takes const_iterators, but our
implementation in its current state does ignores that in -std=c++11
mode.  Is this just an oversight or do we have more fundamental
reasons to omit that signature now?
(I haven't checked other containers but I suspect they are in the
same boat.)
