Not sure what that fail is all about. I'll see what I can figure out.
I've posted a short standalone text program that triggers the bug in the
trunk, and applying the rebased patch fixes it. It should be doable to put
together a test case for this fix that opens two message catalogs, like the
test code, but my testcase-fu is somewhat lacking, could use some help.
