separating includes: tr1 from c++0x

... the below is what I eventually committed, tested x86_64-linux
multilib, also without PCHs and also -O2 -g -Wall.
Benjamin, I also tried at once to fixup most of the missing
_GLIBCXX_BEGIN_NAMESPACE and _GLIBCXX_END_NAMESPACE, please double check
what I have done, hopefully much less remains to be done for the
namespace versioning issue...
