Mark, I think there is a double misunderstanding here. First, we are talking about a small, experimental, c++0x feature, not a normal library facility. Second, the concerned facility was completely *unusable* before the recent changes. In general, I'm certainly in favor of preparing for breaking the ABI, and at some point we'll have to do that *anyway*, but frankly I don't think we have a good reason here to do that.
