For sure, a parallel fill is not available (just look at the
documentation, or run your snippet under the debugger, or grep for
fill_minimal_n (unused), or open parallel/algobase.h). If you think we
should have one (first blush, makes sense, I agree), you should open an
enhancement Bugzilla PR. Remember to add Johannes Singler
<singler@ira.uka.de> in CC.
