Fix header guard paste-o

I noticed this silly mistake as I was appyling another patch for an old 
bug ;-)

I just renamed a header guard to be more standard in gamma.tcc.

I found that header guard used where a different constant should be!

I'm still in the middle of a bootstrap and regtest.
