[C++0x] fix libstdc++/41005 - missing fstream instantiations

Here's the 4.4 patch, but regenerating configure after changing
configure.ac adds a lot of changes that I don't think I caused -
should these have gone in at some previous time when configure.ac was
updated?
I used autoconf 2.59 and automake 1.9.6 as usual.

Should I check these changes in or just update the libtool_VERSION in
configure manually?

       * configure.ac: Bump libtool_VERSION to 6:13:0.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * src/Makefile.ac: Compile fstream-inst.cc as C++0x.
        * src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
        * config/abi/pre/gnu.ver: Add new symbols and disambiguate old ones.
        * testsuite/util/testsuite_abi.cc: Add GLIBCXX_3.4.13 version.
