Compiling 4.3.3 on Tru64 V5.1b

Maybe it would be much wiser ("The wisdom comes from
one becoming aware about the fact that one doesn't
know anything!") to ask how this problem :

o there is the 'isblank()' function code in the target C library

o there is no equivalent prototype in the provided target
   'ctype.h' (for Tru64 V5.1b)

o the error message is the following :

should be solved where there are people who could know more
about C++ and libstdc++...
