no problem. By the way, for everything having to do with shared_ptr, I'm assuming that Jonathan will help, he has done an excellent job in maintaining the code and updating it for the C++0x experimental mode.

As a quick update from Sophia Antipolis, apparently there aren't many substantive changes moved to the working paper, besides N2674, but those are only free functions + some small changes to Ch. 29, no rush.
