[v3] Reinstate inclusion of <stdint.h> in postypes.h

Hi,

reverted my recent change for now, unfortunately can be dangerous for binary compatibility (suppose a target typedefs int64_t as long long instead of long). Tested x86_64-linux, committed to mainline.
