[wwwdocs] Re: libstdc++ documentation missing?

Sorry, I updated the links for this live on sourceware and forgot to
check in the change. Subsequent revisions to the file thus lost
these changes. This should have been done when I was adjusting the
libstdc++ homepage links for documentation, but it slipped my mind.

Here it is. I'll check this in so that this doesn't happen again.
