[v] libstdc++/29367

[Benjamin Kosnik]

This fixes up libstdc++/29367, which is pb_ds compile failures in
debug mode. Now, everything compiles, but some pb_ds tests have
execute failures.

tested x86/linux
tested x86/linux -D_GLIBCXX_DEBUG
