Hello Benjamin, (and the new generation of maintainers)

FWIW, I just read this e-mail today.  I lost the ability to read gcc
mailing list traffic on a daily basis via NNTP back in December.  Thus,
I'd suggest using the above stated protocol to remove old maintainers. ;)
