rvalue references in libstdc++

Hmm. Is there any way to convince you and Chris to work together on 
this? I would hate to see duplicate effort at this.

Chris already has parts of this implemented as well, on 
libstdcxx_so_7-branch.

Maybe you two could come up with a plan for a complete implementation, 
including the test bits? Chris, what's your status here?
