Actually, I didn't.  I'm sorry; thanks for the reminder!

Thanks, I've checked in the patch.  If I get a spare minute, I'll try to
have a go at the -print-include-dirs thing -- and if anyone else wants
to try, I'll certainly commit to reviewing it.
