I think my answer would be yes. At the same time, I suggest we should 
not rush at that, for various reasons, for example we want to figure out 
the best way to configure the headers for combined C++0x / C++03 modes, 
also we should probably not diverge too quickly from current mainline, 
in order to make easier moving non-ABI breaking changes from the branch 
to mainline in the near future.
