Totally agreed. In particular, I agree that probably the best plan for 
Chris is working first in the cxx0x-branch, that is moving his changes 
to the containers from simulated rvalues in v7-branch to real rvalues in 
cxx0x-branch. Then moving the result to mainline, as soon as rvalues 
arrive. Sounds to me like an excellent plan!
