[Patch] libstdc++/28080: some C++0x improvements

Hi,

as promised some days ago, avoids bloating unnecessarily <algorithm>, 
<unordered_map> and <unordered_set> when -std=c++0x is in effect.

Tested x86-linux without PCHs.
